Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks a Field Superintendent for Construction Services to coordinate loading dock installations and new commercial door projects nationwide. The role requires industry experience and the ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and schedules in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include site walks, coordinating with Sales/Service, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on every job site.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Dock & Door Industry is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for field coordination.
• Experience on construction sites within the industry and OSHA awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and door equipment.
• Plan, organize, and direct field activities with Sales and Service teams.
• Attend project and job-site meetings and conduct site walks.
• Manage contractors and vendors; oversee work quality and safety.
• Prepare punch lists and manage work orders; coordinate parts delivery.
