Qualifications

• 3 years experience in at least one skilled construction trade at journeyman level.
• Hold a current General Contractor’s license, or obtain it within 12 months.
• 3 years prior supervisory experience at crew leader level or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate vendors.
• Track project progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Assist with recruitment and orientation of student crew members.
