NOLA Protection Group is seeking an experienced Armed Security Field Supervisor to lead our Greater New Orleans operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for field posts, incident response, and client relationships.

The position emphasizes military or law-enforcement leadership, disciplined field supervision, and the ability to mentor security officers while ensuring compliance with Post Orders and company standards.

Qualifications

• Military or law-enforcement leadership experience preferred.
• Strong field supervision and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, officers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect posts and mentor officers on Shift and daily operations.
• Ensure officers are present, uniformed, and prepared for duty.
• Enforce Post Orders and verify licenses, equipment, and firearms compliance.
• Respond to incidents, protect client relationships, and communicate with clients.
