Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Lawn Maintenance.

• Snow plowing and management experience.

• Understanding the basic turf grass, maintenance, common weeds and pest identification.
• Computer skills and strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Schedules work for crews, depending on work priorities, crew or equipment availability or weather conditions.
• Monitors project activity to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met and schedules are maintained.
• Manages snow crews by hiring, training and dispatching staff. Reviews weather conditions and makes decisions on assigning work. Operates salt/plow truck, as needed.
