Job summary

Estate Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead field crews, optimize daily production, and ensure client satisfaction through strong training, scheduling, and safety practices.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Account Manager to maintain high service quality, manage staffing and equipment, and uphold company policies across multiple sites in Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, agronomics, and irrigation systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of production crews to ensure timely, high-quality landscaping services.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Account Manager on job quality, efficiency, and client relations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention of crew members, including interviews and training.
• Implement and monitor safety programs; conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure safety protocol compliance.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality and address client requests or concerns.
• Manage scheduling, job sequencing, and resource allocation to maximize crew productivity.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment; coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records using company systems (time entry, headcount, documentation).
• Foster a positive team environment and support ongoing training and development.
• Address incidents and support return-to-work processes per company policies.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, including daily inspections and coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Foster a positive team environment, motivate crew members, and support ongoing training and professional development.


• Address and document incidents, support employee return-to-work processes, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize, schedule, and manage daily work routines for multiple crews.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.


• Proficient with computers and able to use company software for scheduling, time entry, and job management.


• Commitment to safety and experience implementing safety programs and protocols.


• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for optimal performance.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment as needed.
