Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and plant identification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
