The company offers quality landscaping and snowplowing services and is looking for a dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking Landscape Foreperson / Field Supervisor to join its professional team.

Job Title

Landscape Foreperson / Field Supervisor

Pay and Schedule

Pay Range: $21.00 /hr to $25.00 /hr based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays); snow removal work may require weekends. Shifts are 8–12 hours. Expected hours: 35+ per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, including 4+ years of snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery.
• Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team and lead a crew of 2–4 members.
• Self‑motivated and reliable with good communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record with no suspensions.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to be on feet for an entire workday in all weather conditions and to lift 50+ pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service and engagement.
• Mechanical knowledge preferred; experience with power/hand tools, landscaping machinery, and operating snow equipment.
• Knowledge of irrigation repair and construction/lighting/retaining walls is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check (no felonies).

License / Certification

Driver's License – required. Clean driving record with no suspensions.
