Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape industry experience (commercial/public sector required).
• Proficient in irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and mentor field foremen and crew members.
• Manage labor, materials, and heavy equipment dispatch to meet plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Monitor labor efficiency and track production logs; report to Project Managers.
• Serve as liaison between project managers, clients, general contractors, and on-site staff.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems per project specs.
• Coordinate material needs and equipment with office management.
