Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial landscape industry with installation experience.
• Experience supervising landscape crews and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specs.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial landscape installation and irrigation crews daily.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Monitor production, schedules, and budgets on site.
• Ensure work meets plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Oversee planting, soil prep, irrigation installation, and field activities.
• Identify delays, material needs, and scheduling conflicts.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures.
• Communicate progress with Project Managers and clients.
• Allocate crew assignments and monitor productivity and safety.
