Job Requirements

Job Description

• Training new hires and evaluating performance regularly.
• Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and building regulations.
• Documenting all conversations with team members.
• Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Reviewing clock‑in and clock‑out times daily and making necessary adjustments.
