Job summary

Kurita Group is seeking a Field Superintendent to support the Site Manager in supervising the construction of water treatment systems, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing drawings and BIM models, and maintaining precise field records.

Travel to job sites and frequent field presence are required. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or water treatment construction, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, field coordination, installation management, or similar construction-related activities for industrial, commercial, utility, or water treatment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant construction, field supervision, project coordination, or site execution experience with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site facilities, safety and health equipment, and temporary installations in compliance with U.S. regulations and client requirements.
• Support planning and coordination of deliveries for equipment, materials, and construction resources based on project requirements.
• Identify and resolve construction issues with contractors, suppliers, and partners to maintain safe and efficient project execution.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and coordinate recovery actions when delays occur.
• Maintain construction records, field documentation, and progress reports using drawings, BIM models, and digital tools.
