Kurita Group seeks a Senior EHS Specialist to oversee safety during water treatment system construction in the U.S. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, provide training, and manage risk across on-site activities, reporting to the EHS leadership.

The role requires a 4-year safety-related degree, 5 years of safety experience, and OSHA certifications. The position is on-site with travel and a 90k–110k salary range.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or a closely related field (or equivalent safety certifications).
• 5 years of relevant safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• OSHA 510 Certification for Construction.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate site facilities, safety and health equipment and temporary installations in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide safety training and guidance to workers and contractors as needed.
• Monitor and document compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Investigate and report safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in construction management meetings to address safety topics and communicate client safety requirements.
• Assist with reviewing site conditions against the project schedule and coordinate with contractors on safety matters.
• Support collection and consolidation of construction records related to safety.
• Promptly report safety concerns to management and ensure documentation and investigation as per policy.
