Job summary

Kurita Group seeks a skilled professional to supervise construction of water treatment systems, coordinating field activities, schedules, and safety compliance. You will support the Site Manager, review drawings, BIM models, and project plans, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in construction supervision, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with project tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms. Travel to U.S. sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, field coordination, installation management, or similar activities on industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant construction, supervision, or site execution experience; leadership potential encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site facilities, safety equipment, and temporary installations per regulations and project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries of equipment, materials, and resources based on project needs.
• Identify and resolve construction issues with contractors, suppliers, and partners to keep schedules on track.
• Monitor field conditions and progress; coordinate recovery actions for delays or conflicts.
• Maintain construction records, reports, and field documentation for stakeholders.
