Job summary

PURIS, a leading trenchless rehabilitation provider, seeks a Field Superintendent to lead underground utilities projects in Maryland. You will work with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute on-site activities.

You will supervise trades, ensure safety, quality, and scheduling, and manage on-site teams including subcontractors. Spanish bilingual preferred; HS diploma required; 3+ years civil wet utilities experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise field staff and subcontractors.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise field supervisors, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality.
• Interface with on-site teams to resolve issues and maintain safety, quality, and progress.
• Assist project management in developing Work Plans and procedures to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.
