Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates jobs with outside services and management.
• Organizes equipment, material and labor to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Verifies accuracy of locates, materials, and billings.
• Calls in or emails locates as needed.
• Completes change orders and passes information to contract administrators and billing.
• Monitors production reports and DOT paperwork if required.
• Reviews for accuracy and submits employee time-cards for processing.
• Manages materials using a spreadsheet.
• Assists supervisors in employee management and safety.
