Responsibilities

• Provide on-site project supervision, including management of field labor and materials.
• Study and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Develop and train skilled craft workers and laborers.
• Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with personnel to resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and efficiency.
