Job summary

Metromont is seeking a Field Superintendent to coordinate shipping, erection, field finishing, and subcontractor activities at the job site. You will serve as the primary contact between Metromont, subcontractors, general contractors, and the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating field activities with the general contractor, monitoring safety, and ensuring compliance with erection standards and project plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction science or related field.
• About 2 years of construction or field experience.
• Experience with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction, site meetings representing Metromont.
• Coordinate field activities with the general contractor and trades.
• Ensure site readiness before erection per plan and schedule.
• Monitor safety and compliance with Metromont standards and site safety plan.
• Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain project documentation.

Education

Associate degree in construction science

2 years of experience in construction industry
