Qualifications

• Proven field leadership on aviation construction projects.
• Experience as a senior field leader (Superintendent level) with project-wide responsibility.
• Background in large teams with multiple Superintendents and major trade partners.
• Experience coordinating modular construction activities within an active airport.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the field organization, including Superintendents, subcontractors, and major trade partners.
• Direct overall field execution: logistics, phasing, sequencing, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate modular construction activities with the field schedule and airport connections.
• Plan construction around ongoing airport and airline operations.
• Align staffing, trades, deliveries, and field priorities with milestones.
• Work with leadership to resolve field challenges and maintain accountability.
• Lead phased turnover of completed areas and gates while construction continues.
