Job summary

Duke's Root Control, Inc. in Asheboro, NC is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead safe, productive field operations across multiple projects and crews.

This hands-on leadership role translates project plans into daily priorities, develops field leaders, and ensures safety, quality, and customer standards. This role is primarily field‑based with regular travel up to 75% across NC, SC, AL, TN, MS, and FL.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible field leadership experience, including three (3) years supervising crews.
• Experience in underground infrastructure and sewer-related work preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% regionally and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety with active field presence and Stop-Work Authority.
• Translate project plans into daily/weekly priorities for crews.
• Develop Foremen and Crew Leads and coach performance.
• Inspect work, ensure procedures followed, and drive quality.
• Coordinate resources: labor, equipment, materials, and field tech needs.
• Represent Duke’s with customers, inspectors, and stakeholders; maintain documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
