Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a GC/CM.
• Ground-up and/or commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field operations.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects in the field from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, field operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Keep projects on schedule and proactively address field issues.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across the team.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client expectations.
