Job summary

Sequoia Services Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks an on-site Field Superintendent to coordinate and supervise demolition projects.

You will manage foremen, crews, and field laborers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while liaising with project managers and estimators. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in demolition or project coordination, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant construction or demolition coordination experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and safety leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field operations with PMs and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise Foreman, Sub Foreman, and Field Laborers on demolition projects.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Manager to schedule field staff.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety and project protocols are followed.
• Communicate with on-site Superintendent and Project Managers on scope and schedule.
• Assist in time tracking and weekly timesheet collection.
• Lead safety meetings and assist in hiring field personnel.
