Sequoia Services is seeking a Field Engineer to join our Heavy Civil Team to support Project Managers on dam construction, landfill projects, and dirt-moving operations across the Southeast & Southwest. This onsite role offers growth into leadership positions and a clear career path.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Environmental Science, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, safety-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, or a related field, or substantial field experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management software and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and management of complex construction projects.
• Assist in developing project plans, tracking budgets and schedules.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance while collaborating with PM, Superintendent, and Owner’s Representatives.
