Job Title: Field Superintendent – Commercial Installations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to oversee commercial installation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and coordination across teams. This role involves leading installation crews, delegating tasks, adjusting schedules, and serving as a point of contact for multiple teams working on the same project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field crews performing commercial installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Delegate tasks to installation teams to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Adjust schedules and targets as project requirements evolve.
• Coordinate multiple teams assigned to the same project, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve installation challenges.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold workmanship standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant experience in commercial installations and field supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple crews.
• Ability to manage scheduling, task delegation, and evolving project needs.
• Knowledge of installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Regularly involves lifting, bending or other physical exertion.
