Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Field Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent for a major Border Wall project in the Laredo, TX area. The role requires strong heavy-civil field experience and the ability to manage large, geographically dispersed operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, safety, and quality.

Qualified candidates have at least 7 years in field supervision on heavy civil or linear infrastructure, with plan-reading skills and a track record of delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years supervising construction field crews.
• 3–5 years heavy-civil or linear infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong background in earthwork, roadways, drainage, and utilities.
• Able to read plans and specifications and coordinate daily production, safety, and quality.
• Federal and design-build experience preferred but not required.
