Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties in Fort Myers, Florida. You will guide on-site teams, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality while managing client and subcontractor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction leadership experience, a background in exterior remediation, and proven ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets on fast-paced projects.

• Team Leadership & Field Oversight: Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction. Foster a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
• Client & Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and homeowners. Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Issue Resolution & Field Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.

• College degree preferred, but not required for the right experience
