Job summary

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. You will guide on-site teams, manage schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, enforcing OSHA standards, and proactively solving issues to protect timelines and budgets. A 5+ year track record in construction leadership and exterior remediation is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction leadership or supervision.
• Experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding).
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage safety.
• Strong communication and client-facing relationship skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
• College degree preferred, but not required for right experience.

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. From stucco failures to waterproofing breakdowns, you’ll guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results.

Here’s the work you get to do:

• Team Leadership & Field Oversight: Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction. Foster a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
• Client & Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and homeowners. Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Issue Resolution & Field Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
