Job summary

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. You will guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results.

Lead on-site crews, manage client and partner relationships, and schedule resources to keep projects on time and within scope while enforcing OSHA safety standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction leadership or supervision.
• Experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.).
• Strong leadership under pressure and adaptable to changing field conditions.
• Customer-focused with ownership and a drive for results.
• Clear communication and collaborative teamwork on job sites.
• Proficient with project management tools and MS Office.
• College degree preferred, but not required for the right experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and homeowners.
• Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources.

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. From stucco failures to waterproofing breakdowns, you’ll guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results.

Here’s the work you get to do:

• Team Leadership & Field Oversight: Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction. Foster a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
• Client & Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and homeowners. Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Issue Resolution & Field Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.

• You have 5+ years of experience in construction leadership or project supervision roles
• You bring experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)

• You’re tech-savvy with project management tools and general Microsoft Office proficiency
• College degree preferred, but not required for the right experience
