Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on remediation and repair of structural components and retail signage.
• Inspect for corrosion, deterioration, and damage requiring repair.
• Document field conditions, repairs, materials used, and final condition in reports and photos.
• Operate tools safely and assist skilled trades with welding and fabrication as needed.
• Apply coatings and protective materials to repaired surfaces.
