Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability so spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
