Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites, balancing in-office duties with outdoor tasks. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through daily unit inspections.

You’ll handle cash drawers, deposits, and customer payments, making reminder calls when needed. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, hospitality, or service-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Travel between locations using a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle; mileage reimbursement may apply.
