Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple locations, delivering customer service, leasing units, and promoting packing supplies.

You will conduct daily unit inspections, manage payments, coordinate with maintenance, and travel between sites using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Candidates come from customer-service sales backgrounds; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 35 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
