Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who operates independently across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors, ensuring spaces are ready to rent and customers are helped promptly.

You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, conduct daily inspections, handle cash deposits, and assist with payments and collections while traveling between sites with your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle.
