Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, combining independent on-site responsibilities with outdoor duties. You’ll assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent with daily inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, bank deposits, customer payments, and occasional reminders/collections. A valid driver’s license and using your own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
