E Logic is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to lead safety and occupational health for the SRP SATOC contract at multiple project sites, including Ft. Campbell, KY; Ft. Hunter-Liggett, CA; Ft.

Qualifications

• Certified safety professional with Level 1 SSHO per EM 385-1-1.
• Minimum five years in construction, environmental, or heavy civil safety.
• U.S. citizenship with CAC eligibility and ability to obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and subplans per EM 385-1-1.
• Manage the Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) process for all tasks.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain Level 1 SSHO status on-site when work is performed.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and job-site audits.
• Coordinate with USACE SOHO for site-specific requirements.
• Investigate and report accidents using EM 385-1-1 forms.
• Submit written reports to the COR within seven working days of incidents.
• Maintain detailed safety documentation and training records.
