Job summary

Insight FS in Wisconsin is seeking a Sprayer Operator to apply crop inputs on producer fields using sprayers or floaters, while ensuring compliance with pesticide labels and safety rules.

You will perform vehicle and equipment checks, balance loads, handle loading of materials, and record application data. A CDL within 1 year and a pesticide license are required or obtainable; occasional extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a CDL license within 1 year.
• Must have or obtain pesticide/applicator license as required.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop inputs accurately according to labels and rates.
• Record application data in compliance with regulations.
• Operate and maintain sprayers, floaters, trucks, and related equipment.
• Perform pre-trip safety checks and daily vehicle maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and ensure proper axle weights.
• Assist with inventory control and documentation.
