Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain a CDL License with required endorsements within 1 year of employment.
• Must possess a satisfactory driving record and valid medical card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a pesticide/applicator’s license or any other licenses and certifications necessary to the position.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates and pesticide labels.
• Record application data according to regulations and standards.
• Safely operate sprayers, floaters, and trucks to meet DOT standards.
• Perform daily safety checks and pre-trip inspections.
• Load and unload containers and ensure proper weight distribution on trucks/trailers.
• Assist with inventory control and record keeping.
