Job summary

Conserv FS is seeking a field operations professional to operate sprayers and trucks, applying crop inputs to producer fields. You will maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure DOT standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL with endorsements, and applicable pesticide/fertilizer licenses. On-site work with potential extended hours and on-call shifts to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain CDL license and necessary endorsements.
• Licenses for pesticide or fertilizer applicators as required by state regulations.
• Recordkeeping and DOT/compliance knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer or floater and apply crop inputs per recommended rates.
• Load, transport, and deliver products while ensuring proper axle weights.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and daily safety checks.
• Maintain accurate application records and inventory control.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental health standards.
