Job summary

Insight FS in Darlington, WI is seeking a field operations specialist to apply crop production inputs following label rates and safety guidelines. You will operate sprayers and trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, and record application data to ensure regulatory compliance.

A high school diploma is typical; a CDL with endorsements within 1 year is required, along with a clean driving record and pesticide/applicator license.

Qualifications

• CDL license with required endorsements within 1 year of employment.
• Satisfactory driving record and valid medical card.
• Ability to obtain pesticide/applicator’s license or equivalent licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop production inputs to fields according to label rates and procedures.
• Record application data per regulations and standards.
• Safely operate sprayers, floaters, trucks, and related equipment to meet DOT standards.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Load/unload products and ensure proper weight distribution on trucks/trailers.
• Maintain and repair location equipment and vehicles as needed.
