Baker Hughes is hiring a Field Specialist – WBC for Prudhoe Bay, AK. You will run low- to medium-risk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger lines, ensuring readiness and equipment compatibility at the wellsite.

You will deliver frontline customer support, mentor others, and uphold Baker Hughes safety and quality standards, with a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation. This role offers site-based field work in Alaska and opportunities to contribute to continuous

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Wellbore Construction, Completions, or Liner Hanger operations.
• Ability to run tools independently in low- to medium-risk applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making at the wellsite.
• Comfort working directly with customers and representing Baker Hughes.
• Commitment to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to support workshop tasks and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple low- to medium-risk applications across product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers.
• Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job.
• Provide frontline customer support and complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
• Use experience and knowledge to ensure products and services meet high quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications.
• Support workshop activities as required.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance, and Baker Hughes Core Values.
