Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist to support our Completions & Wellbore Intervention Team in demanding rig environments. You will manage multiple high-risk applications across several product lines, install equipment on-site, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires extensive offshore or field services experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in remote locations with a 21 days on / 21 days off rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years' experience as a driller and/or a field specialist preferred, or experience with a field services company in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple applications of medium to high risk in product lines (Thru Tubing Intervention Fishing, Wellbore Construction, Coil Tubing and Workover Systems).
• Install downhole equipment at the rig site under minimal supervision.
• Communicate best practices and procedures at the rig site.
• Provide all customer required information and documentation.
• Complete all required paperwork after every job.
• Assist in warehouse during disassembly/assembly and job preparations.
• Adhere to BH HSE policies, legal compliance, and BH core values.
