Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Field Specialist - WBC to run low to medium-risk applications in Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger lines. You will ensure equipment compatibility, deliver high-quality field service, and support customers at the wellsite.

The role requires hands-on field experience, the ability to work with customers, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Location is Prudhoe Bay, AK with a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Wellbore Construction, Completions, or Liner Hanger operations.
• Ability to run tools independently in low to medium-risk applications.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and sound decision-making at the wellsite.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and representing Baker Hughes in the field.
• Committed to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple low to medium-risk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers.
• Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job.
• Provide frontline customer support and complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
• Use experience and knowledge to meet quality standards for products and services.
• Conduct on-the-job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications.
• Support workshop activities as required.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance, and core values.

As a Field Specialist - WBC, you will be responsible for running low to mediumrisk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger product lines. You will ensure job readiness, equipment compatibility, and highquality service delivery while supporting customers at the wellsite.

As a Field Specialist - WBC, you will be responsible for:

• Running multiple low to mediumrisk applications in one or more product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers
• Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job
• Providing frontline customer support and completing all jobrelated paperwork accurately
• Using experience and application knowledge to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards
• Conducting onthejob training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications
• Supporting workshop activities as required
• Handling special projects as assigned
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
