Job summary

Zeeco is seeking an I/E Flare & Combustion Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain flare systems, combustion equipment, and associated controls at customer sites across refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and power facilities.

The role requires hands-on field service, safety leadership, and the ability to work on electrical instrumentation, PLCs, and control systems. Travel and outages are expected, with opportunities for growth within a people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or instrument certification preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in industrial electrical, instrumentation, combustion, or flare systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control narratives.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on flare and combustion equipment.
• Read schematics, P&IDs, and instrument data sheets.
• Travel to customer sites for service, startup, commissioning, and support.
• Perform startup and commissioning of combustion systems.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
