Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist to join our Artificial Lift Systems field operations, applying standard techniques to support various products and services at customer wells. Entry and intermediate levels will be supervised; senior roles will guide juniors and troubleshoot complex issues on-site.

Responsibilities include safety participation, equipment maintenance, data monitoring, job planning, and reporting to ensure timely invoicing and high service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2½ years Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Technical Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings.
• Maintains equipment, facilities and work area.
• Monitors and analyzes data to recommend services.
• Performs job planning and data entry on-site and related documents.
• Available on 24-hour call to respond to customer needs.
• Tests and maintains tools per instructions.
• Develops positive client relationships.
• Deliver superior service quality at the well site.
• Manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.
• Lead field operation crew when required.
