Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a dynamic JSS role in the North-East region of Romania to identify major end-user targets and drive conversions to the Milwaukee brand through cold calls and distributor-led joint calls. The role emphasizes drain cleaning and growing relationships with end users.

You will manage a growing portfolio, demonstrate tools, provide technical support, and train end users on performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ successful selling experience (targets achieved) with emphasis on end user/commercial sales.
• Experience in or knowledge of Plumbing industry, preferably with tools and services.
• Technical expertise in outdoor products.
• Willing to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio according to business strategy and goals.
• Demonstrate power tools to existing and new customers and convert key contractors to Milwaukee brand.
• Provide solutions and technical support for Milwaukee products and services.
• Train end users on performance advantages and safe use of Milwaukee products.
• Promote products through regular contact with customers and follow up on leads.
• Set call objectives in CRM and plan follow up actions to develop accounts.
• Update CRM daily to maintain comprehensive information.
• Maintain product, trade, and application knowledge.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Carry out other duties as required by Line Manager.
