Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a proactive JSS professional to identify large end-user targets and convert them to the Milwaukee brand across the Automotive sector in South Romania. The role expects nurturing of repeat business and growing sales while building strong relationships with distributors and end users.

Preference for candidates located in Bucharest to cover 15 southern counties. Travel and occasional weekends are required, with access to tools like a laptop, phone, and car

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling experience focusing on end users and contractors.
• Experience in the Automotive industry preferred.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a personal customer portfolio per strategy and goals.
• Demonstrate Milwaukee products to customers and convert key contractors.
• Provide technical support and product training to end users.
• Maintain CRM updated daily and develop follow-up actions.
