Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is seeking a field support engineer in Aberdeen, MD or Auburn, AL to perform hands-on integration and demonstrations for warfighters and leaders. You will apply sensors, RF, networking and computing expertise to integrate systems, diagnose issues, educate users, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations to support missions and exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems and identify interconnections and functions of internal/external systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages to support development and integration of system drivers.
• Working knowledge of computer networking, routing, and IP-based communications.
• Be able to problem-solve and develop solutions in front of customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal direction.
• Must be able to lift and carry computing and networking equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS for demonstrations and exercises.
• US Citizenship is required.
