Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) seeks a Field Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues in the field, train customers on system integration, and support demonstrations on test ranges with military equipment. The role involves travel and close collaboration with government and industry teams in support of warfighter capabilities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, strong networking and programming knowledge, and familiarity with RF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of programming languages to support integration of system drivers and adapters.
• Working knowledge of computer networking, routing, and IP-based communications.
• Ability to problem-solve and develop solutions in front of customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS for demonstrations, training and exercises.
• Familiarity with Electromagnetic Warfare, PNT, radios and RF equipment.
• Understanding of hardware interfaces, protocols and tactical networks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to aid customers.
• Educate and train customers and users on systems, their integration, and operation.
• Work in the field and on test ranges with military equipment, collaborating with industry and government colleagues to demonstrate capabilities.
• Integrate into an existing team to ensure designs and solutions conform to and enhance the end product.
