Job summary

MatrixSpace seeks a hands-on Customer Solutions Field Engineer to deploy, configure, and optimize MatrixSpace radar systems in real-world environments. You will work with customers to install, commission, verify performance, and troubleshoot deployments, often traveling domestically, including the Hoffman Estates area.

The role requires RF/radar experience, strong communication with customers and engineering teams, and the ability to test features in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with RF knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with RF, wireless, radar or similar systems in real environments.
• Experience communicating technical info to customers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success of deployments: install, commission, configure, verify performance.
• Assess sites for sensor placement, coverage, networking, mounting, connectivity.
• Perform or support installation, bring-up, calibration, testing, and documentation.
• Train customers on setup, operation and troubleshooting.
