Job summary

NexTech Solutions LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Field Services Representative (Sales) to support deployed software and guide users through intelligence workflows. The role requires travel to CONUS locations and delivering training sessions to maximize software effectiveness.

The FSR will collect user feedback, coordinate with engineering, and help with configurations and maintenance as needed. This position is customer-facing and based primarily in Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Serve as traveling, customer-facing technical representative for deployed software
• Support CONUS customer locations up to 30% travel. Primary location base: Tampa
• Guide technical and non-technical users through complex Intelligence research workflows and tools
• Deliver training sessions, workflow demonstrations, and user onboarding
• Create training materials (manuals, power points, handouts) to support training events
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering teams
• Document user challenges, best practices, and operational patterns; relay actionable feedback
• Assist with configurations, updates, and basic operational maintenance as required
