Job summary

NexTech Solutions LLC in Tampa, FL seeks an Intel Research Analyst to serve as a Field Service Representative supporting customers across CONUS locations. You will guide users through OSINT workflows, deliver training, and gather feedback to inform product improvements.

Travel up to 30% to customer sites; duties include operating OSINT tools, troubleshooting with engineering, and producing training materials. Requires active Secret clearance and senior-level experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven (7) years of experience.
• Three (3)+ years in customer-facing technical roles (FSR, FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical Trainer, or similar).
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the traveling, customer-facing technical representative for deployed software.
• Support CONUS locations up to 30% travel; base location Tampa.
• Guide users through complex Intelligence workflows and OSINT tools.
• Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and user onboarding.
• Create training materials to support events.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Document user challenges and relay feedback for product improvements.
• Assist with configurations and basic maintenance.
